What is the minimum order?
One case. A case is 12 units, and you can mix products inside your order: a case of Balm and a case of Cream together count as two cases. There is no larger opening commitment.
How does pricing work?
Case pricing with three tiers by total cases per order, mixed products counting together. The full price list, margins and the order builder are in the retailer portal, which you get access to once your application is approved.
What kind of businesses carry Rematch?
Pickleball clubs and pro shops, gyms and fitness studios, physical therapy and chiropractic front desks, golf shops, independent pharmacies, boutiques and gift shops. The common thread is an active customer who plays a lot.
What do partners get?
A free counter display with tester at 48 units (4 cases), samples for your staff, a one-page sell sheet, logo and product imagery for your social and web, and restock in 1 to 2 business days from Scottsdale.
Is there a MAP policy?
Yes. Minimum advertised price is our published retail price. In-store promotions are fine; advertised prices below MAP are not.
Do you offer net terms?
Net 30 available after your second order with approved credit. Opening orders are paid by card or ACH.
Can we sell it online?
Approved retailers may sell on their own website at MAP. Marketplace listings (Amazon, eBay, Walmart) are not permitted.
What about returns of unsold product?
Unopened, undamaged product may be returned for credit within 90 days of the invoice date. Shelf life is 24 months from the lot date on the label.
Is Rematch an OTC drug?
Rematch Balm and Rematch Travel (camphor 6.5%, menthol 1.75%) and Rematch Cream (camphor 6.5%, menthol 4%) are OTC topical analgesics under the FDA external analgesic monograph with a full Drug Facts panel. Rematch Sensitive is a fragrance-free cosmetic skin balm. No special license is needed to retail either.
