What is the minimum order?
One case: 24 units of your label. Many private label makers ask for hundreds or thousands of units before they will talk; we built our line around small batches, so one case is a real order here. Case pricing improves at 4 cases and again at 10.
What does the per-unit price include?
The filled, capped, lot-coded jar or tube with your label applied, plus a Drug Facts compliance review for the topical analgesic formula. Case pricing is in the partner portal once your application is approved. Freight and any custom components (different jars, shrink bands, cartons) are quoted separately.
Which formats can you make?
A 2 oz balm jar, a 1 oz travel jar, and a 4 oz cream tube. The balm uses our plant-based camphor 6.5% and menthol 1.75% formula or the fragrance-free comfort balm base; the tube is the Rematch Cream formula (camphor 6.5%, menthol 4%) with your label.
Can we change the formula?
The core program keeps the actives fixed so your Drug Facts panel stays within the FDA external analgesic monograph. Scent and color adjustments are possible on the fragrance-free comfort balm base.
What is the lead time?
3 to 4 weeks from label approval. Design, if we do it, adds about a week before approval.
Who handles compliance?
We do the Drug Facts panel and front-panel claim review for every label before print, using the same rules we follow for Rematch. Final responsibility for your brand's marketing claims off the label stays with you.
Is there a setup fee?
A one-time design and setup fee covers label design (or proofing of your art), dieline and first-run setup. It is waived on larger runs. The amount is in the partner portal.
Can we try it first?
Yes. The sample kit includes both jar sizes, both bases and a label template, and its cost is credited to your first order.
Can you handle the whole thing, brand to finished product?
Yes. We can do all of it: design your brand, print your labels, make the balm, pack it, and hand you a finished product ready to ship. Turnkey add-ons (brand package, label printing, carton packing, a launch website) are priced in the quote builder inside the portal.

Scottsdale, Arizona, in our own facility and the same small batches as Rematch. Made in the USA.
